I finished reading this book during the week. It is a great read and reaffirms how I feel about pioneer women, they just had to be strong in body, mind and spirit. The author created such a wonderful character in Sarah Agnes that even though I guessed several thing that were going to happen I realized that I guessed them because I hoped the best for her or I worried for her so much. I'm looking forward to reading the sequals.
