A highlight of our trip to Utah was tubing at Soldier Hollow -- the local for the SLC olympic cross country skiing. You reserve your tubing time so it isn't too crowded. There is a tow rope that pulls you all the way up to the top of the hill where they have six groomed runs. They provide the tubes. You can go down the hill solo or hold the handles to create this mass of tubers barreling down the hill. Laine and I didn't get to particpate on the big hill because of the 3 and up age limit, but there was a fun little hill for her to play on. It was a fun cousins activity.
