This is what I found near our bathtub when I was putting bath toys away tonight. So GROSS! Where did it come from? And, this is the worst part, I think it was sitting there the entire time Laine and Cannon were taking a bath. yuck yuck yuck. I almost didn't post this picture because I hate for it to go in line ahead of Ridge's cute smile. But this is the news of the day. I guess if the slug had fallen into the tub then the kids would have finally had a real reason to scream and I could have praised them for screaming about something that should be screamed about. Oh well, lesson lost.

I made Eric get it out of the tub when he got home from the gym.
Oooh ick! So gross. Living in the Pacific Northwest where slugs are prevalent, you're going to see them pretty much everywhere. But in the tub?? Ick. Glad the kids didn't see it.
my kids would never bathe again if they saw that near the tub!
we have another dead rat in our walls. stinky!!

I think keeping your cool in the face of slugs makes you a much better mom! Besides, how much poop have you cleaned out of the tub--with the kids there, too? You're doing just great, Paige!
Now can you get a new bathroom or house? I think slugs count as something gross!! Did I ever tell you about the large number of bees and spiders I had to kill when I babysat? Scary for sure! You are brave to live there.
