I'm so excited! Our first shipment of ties from Italy arrived yesterday and the selection is awesome! 100% silk, made in Italy. For nearly a year now we've been trying to get ties over here to start our own business of selling them but hadn't been able to find the right vendor. We got in contact with a man in Florence and he got them here. We were only in contact with him through email so it was a gamble to see if he would really come through and he did. We'll be launching our business and webpage soon. I'll bring the ties with me to Cookie Lee shows too. Isn't that a great combination -- jewelry and ties?! That IS a wonderful idea!!! Ties and jewlery, what more could you ask for? That way when we go to a Cookie Lee party, our husbands can't complain because we can bring them home something too! John always teases me that there are no parties for him to go to! I can't wait to drag him along to a cool party with me!
Well for what it's worth, the tie from Italy that you sent to Chad on his mission is the ONLY one that he brought home with him and it's the ONLY one that he has worn in the 5 months he's been here! I think he likes it best! So he will definitely be in line for something new--any fat ones in the shipment?
Troy needs some new ones too. I love the idea of something unique and exotic from Italy, so everyone in the ward won't match. Sign us up!

how cool- how much tho?? I would really love to be able to get Ryan some cool ties...poor guys have such a bum deal where their ties are really the only place they can display some style or personality. Maybe with some cool slacks but that can be so pricey. Anyway, very cool- Im really looking forward to hearing more about it.
