Grace's Baptism and Chloe's Blessing

We were able to see cousin Grace be baptized. We are so pleased with her decision and so happy that we were able to be a part of that special day. Laine was excited to see Grace and Uncle Troy in the "bathtub." And how better to top off a special event like this than with a chocolate fountain buffet? I'm sorry I don't have a picture of that as well. How delicious and decadant!

The next day were were able to be at cousin Chloe's blessing. The sweet little baby had 16 men participate in her blessing. It was so nice to be able to witness these events that we usually miss because we are too far away.

I never got to hold new baby Chloe because I was sick with a bad cough and sore throat for our entire trip. I was so afraid to breathe the same air as her -- I didn't want to be the reason she ends up in the hospital with RSV. Laine was sick with the same thing with me.
