There is hardly an explanation for this. Cannon decided that he wanted to take a bath after all and I just wasn't quick enough in responding to his yelling about it. The next yelling I heard was Ridge laughing, "mom, you have to come look at this!" And this is what I found. Don't you just love Cannon?

Just think if you let them all bathe in their clothes you wouldn't have to do as much laundry.
