Big Three-year-old

Massimo is 3! Ridge made the cake and cannon frosted it while I was at work. (Those boys are so capable when I'm not around.) That's Bumblebee from transformers on the cake -- Massi's current favorite thing. 

Massimo is everyone's favorite sibling -- unless he's busy wrecking Legos, eating from secret candy stashes, hitting with his toys or screaming around the house with his best friend from next door. 

He got Woody for his birthday. Sometimes he and Sommer play together with their Toy Story buddies. Several years ago Cannon got Buzz for his birthday. He's in decent enough condition to play too though his lazer doesn't work anymore. 

Massi swipes my phone a lot and looks at pictures then takes several of his own. He's captured a moment in the car with his toys. Perfect for him since he is often with me on errands or taking the kids to school. He's wearing pjs in the picture but that doesn't mean it's morning. 

Lately Massi spends half the day in his undies which he calls "jungle boy." Then, even if he was wearing clothes before, he usually wants to put pjs on. Preferably the spider man or batman ones. 

And the potty training battle isn't a battle anymore. Massi equates three with being a big boy, maybe because we moved him into a twin bed, maybe because his friend was three last year, maybe because he wants to be jungle boy. Whatever the reason, he's  potty training himself and doing remarkably well.
