Be Careful What You Let Them Wish For...

The card for Eric from the kids.

The caption inside the card.

What was in the back of Eric's truck last night, thus fulfilling a lifetime dream of owning one of his own. (Thank you Craig's List.)
Terms and Conditions: Prompt completion of ALL unfinished and future household projects.
Edit: After reading the comments I realized that this made it sound like I got the bike for him. I didn't. He's been searching for the bike (and the money) for a long time and it finally came together at the right moment. I had no idea when I bought the card that the motorcycle would come so quickly afterwards. I'm glad that his dream came true but I'm not that cool, nor would I make such a terrific purchase on my own.

Pretty cool. I'm all about giving in if it means things get down around the house:) Hopefully projects will be completed soon so he can enjoy his new toy!

Paige, I still say you're a saint! And the perfect one for Eric! They do bring a dad and his boys lots of joy together--even though the mom and the wife will worry!
