Bathroom Business

Sommer crawls into our main bathroom every chance she gets. This bathroom has the unfortunate location of being right off our kitchen and the door is usually left open, along with the toilet lid despite my many many lectures on the dangers of leaving the bowl exposed. Admittedly, half my fears are about the germs she'll encounter as her hands pat around on the floor then go to her mouth. She kind of meanders when she crawls but when she sees the bathroom door open she gets going really fast. I don't know what it is that fascinates her so much. The other day I let her crawl in there since I had just cleaned it and I was trying to get dinner on the table (yes, the door to the bathroom is in the kitchen, very awkward). She was so excited to stand up and pat the toilet lid. Just pleased as punch that I finally let her get in that room and roam around to hear heart's content. Not that there is much room to roam, it is a very small bathroom, but I suppose that most spaces are large and exciting when you are about 2 feet tall.

i just cleaned my bathrooms thursday night with my favorite cleaner of all time, method bath and tile. it smells so good and i don't have to worry about getting it on my clothes beacuse it is a plant based product.it almost makes scrubbing 54 year old tile bareable.:)

Our bathroom is off the kitchen too. Good thing I always have a set of matches handy. Just kidding. I'm so excited that you're coming to Hawaii!! Keep me updated so we can see each other! Can't wait!

Not sure what the deal is with babies and the toilet, but they all just LOVE it. Until it's their time to USE it, that is.
